If booking a Spa Package, also consider making arrangements ahead of time. A major credit card is required to secure your appointment.
All single service appointments need to be confirmed 24 hours before that time and date of appointment. We require 48 hours for multiple services and Spa Packages. Groups of 3 or more will be charged a 30% deposit, and the entire group must be confirmed a week prior to their appointment.Cancellation must occur before the time frames listed above.
We provide high quality services with a highly trained staff. Failure to cancel a single service before 24 Hours or 48 Hours for multiple services or a Spa Package, as well as a no shows, will result in the charge of the full fee of the services.
We understand certain situations and events can prevent one from attending their appointment. We try to be reasonable, therefore, a cancellation in the same day will only be charged 50% of the services ONLY if we are not able to fill the time slot. This is because we have to make up for lost business from you and from potential clients as well as to compensate our wonderful and hardworking staff.

Arrival & Lateness
For leisurely enjoyment of your full treatment, please arrive at least 10-15 minutes before your scheduled table time and inform therapists of any medical conditions, pregnancy or medications you are taking.
Please note that your scheduled time is your table time. If you arrive late, you will be charged for the entire session and will only be granted the remainder of the session.
Each client is provided a locker to store their things in. The Spa is not responsible for lost items or items left behind in robes, rooms, and lockers. Therefore, please do not take valuables with you, or keep all jewelry and other items in a safe place in your own bag or in the locker.
In order to ensure you are relaxed throughout your servies, and as a courtesy to other patrons, please silence your cell phones or set them on vibrate.
Gratuities are accepted in CASH ONLY, and are based upon your satsifaction. If you are happy with the services provided, it is customary to leave 15%-20% (of the full price) tip for the technician or therapist. Gratuities may not be added to gift certificates.
