This is Angela Moore. You may remember me bringing my sister Eve to your spa the day after Thanksgiving for a complete treatment. It was her first visit to NY from England, and the VERY first time she had had any type of spa treatment, not even a manicure!
Can I just tell you from my sister how utterly fantastic a time she had. She left the salon feeling like a new person and had never experienced just luxury, rejuvenation and pampering. She thoroughly enjoyed every moment, and was sad only when it was over.
Eve thought everyone did an amazing job on her from head to foot. Her manicure, pedicure lasted for days and the massage opened up her chest and helped her to breathe much better. She is eagerly awaiting her next trip to NY so that she can repeat the experience.
The decor of the salon was beautiful to walk into and so clean and welcoming. The staff were non-intrusive and she was completely relaxed. It was an amazing experience for her and she thanks and congratulates every member of the staff.
I"ll come to get my own treatment sometime after the holidays. Until then, wishing you all very happy holidays and a super and successful New Year."

I've been coming to this Spa for approximately 30 years. I've seen the transition from few services to many accommodations for those patrons who want a relaxed and thorough treatment. The facial is something that I particularly enjoy because of Faina's soft and caring procedure as well as her advanced. I recommend this spa with no hesitation.

Like Heaven...My husband and I, we were celebrating our 3rd anniversary. We received a gift certificate for body scrub and body massage for both of us, and that was an amazing experience. My husband and I, we were having scrub and massage in the same room, there were fresh flowers around, soft music... The treatment was really refreshing and relaxing and we had a wonderful time there. The staff was very friendly and professional and they made us feel very comfortable. Already looking forward for our next appointment.

- Joy Macgreat experience...We came to this Spa to celebrate a Valentine's Day together. It was our first experience at a Spa ever! The ambiance created an extremely relaxing and soothing atmosphere. We had facials and body massages. And they served champagne and chocolates after all the services. Niceeeee. It was like a great one day vacation!

- MisssunshineAMAZING...My husband got me a spa package for Valentine's Day. They were booked for V-Day, so we did not mind to come a day earlier. The package was for both of us and consisted of a manicure for me, pedicure for him and a body massage for both in the same room. Basic treatments, yes, but Faina?s Spa did a great job from beginning to end. The staff made us feel very welcome and the people who worked with us were wonderful. We felt very refreshed after our visit! Highly recommend this Spa!

- KelzGreat place...I've been once for a facial, which was pretty amazing. The lady who gave me the facial was great. Very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. She gave me tips and things to do to improve my skin. I would definitely go back.

- Laura VentosoEuropean Deep Clean Facial...I absolutely loved my facial. Fay, the esthetician, was gentle yet she got the work done. Everyone was extremely friendly and the facility was very clean. I booked another appointment that same day. I definitely found my permanent spa now.

- DonnaWhat an experience!...Boy, did I need to be pampered ! I certainly found the place. It was clean, it smelled great and the team that was there for me, and me alone, was wonderful. I first had a manicure. BARNO is exceptional. She does a beautiful manicure. I then proceded to another room where I had a intense facial. Marina was great. My skin has never felt so soft and smooth. Then, on to my favorite....a massage. I asked for a deep tissue massage(especially for my back) and that is what I receved. LEK is wonderful. I waited 4 or 5 days to write this review so that I called honesly tell you that my manicure still looks good, my face feels great and my back feels great and so does my body. Thanks to all at FAINA.... I will return !

- Juana Moyarelaxing spa experience...I went to Faina's yesterday to see if someone could work the kinks out of my tense neck & shoulder area. My therapist spent a great deal of time and was very thorough in kneading that area and I left feeling much looser and less tense. The atmosphere was calm & relaxing with little extraneous noise; always a plus in a spa. I will definately return.

- Sashagreat facials...had a great facial here - face felt super clean, and was smooth and not oily for weeks afterwards. definitely coming back! the ladies are very nice, and happy to engage in conversation, whether it just be chitchat or informational regarding your skin-type, etc. faina gets it done!

I went to this Spa for a Body Scrub and European Body Massage. This was an overall wonderful experience. From the variety of scrubs to choose from, I chose Vanilla Orange. My skin never felt better and it smells wonderful! The massage was exquisite. I will definitely be going back there very soon and also refer a couples of my relatives.
