Making Reservations
To ensure your preferred times, we recommend you make reservations at least several days in advance. A major credit card is required to secure your appointment. Reservations for all Spa Packages, Couples Services, or multiple services will require a hold upon confirmation (48 hours prior to appointment). Once your card is on hold, you are confirming your appointment, accepting the terms of our cancellation policy and understand that the deposit is non-refundable if you choose to not attend your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
All appointments must be canceled 24 hours prior to the date and time of appointment. Cancellation must occur before 24 hours to avoid cancellation fees. We provide high quality services with a highly trained staff. Failure to cancel within the appropriate time frames, as well as no shows, will result in 100% charge of the full fee of the services. We understand certain situations and events can prevent one from attending their appointment. We try to be reasonable, therefore, cancellation on the same day will only be charged 50% of the services ONLY if we are not able to fill the time slot. This is because we have to make up for loss of revenue from you and from potential clients who could have taken your time slot, as well as to compensate our wonderful and hardworking staff. That is why a major credit card is required to secure your appointment.
Refund Policy
There are no Returns Or Exchanges on personal services.
Gift Certificates
We accept Spa Finder, Spa Week, & Spa Wish gift certificates/cards. Third party gift certificates redeemable towards full price services only. Cannot be combined with special offers. Special offers cannot be combined. All Gift Certificates, Pre-Paid Services & Series of Treatments are Non-Refundable, Non-Transferable, Non Exchangeable; Services can not be divided. Gift certificates are valid for 4 months from the day of purchase. If expired, the gift certificate will be honored for one more treatment only, (up to 6 months from the expiration date).
Gift Cards
All prepaid gift cards purchased from Advanced Skin Care and Faina European Spa can only be used to purchase non-discounted services and cannot be used with any discount codes and is redeemable in store only. These Cards expire 6 months from day of purchase.
Christmas and New Year Gift Cards
All prepaid gift cards purchased from Advanced Skin Care and Faina European Spa can only be used to purchase non-discounted services and cannot be used with any discount codes and is redeemable in store only. These Cards expire 12 months from day of purchase.
Spa Etiquettes
Arrival & Lateness. For leisurely enjoyment of your full treatment, please arrive at least 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time and inform therapists of any medical conditions, pregnancy or medications you are taking. Please note that your scheduled time is your time table. If you arrive late, you will be charged for the entire session and will only be granted the remainder of the session.
Personal Belongings. Each client with more than one service is provided a locker to store their belongings in. The Spa is not responsible for lost items or items left behind in robes, rooms, and lockers. Therefore, please do not take valuables with you, or keep all jewelry and other items in a safe place in your own bag or in the locker.
Cell Phones. In order to ensure you are relaxed throughout your services, and as a courtesy to other patrons, please silence your cell phones or set them on vibrate.
Gratuities/Tips
Gratuities are provided based upon your satisfaction. If you are happy with the services provided, it is customary to leave a 15%-20% (of the full price) tip for the esthetician or therapist. Gratuities may not be added to gift certificates.

When you opt-in to the service, we will send you a message to confirm your signup.

Cancellation
You can cancel any time by texting "STOP". After you send the SMS message "STOP", we will send you a message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed and no more messages will be sent. If you would like to receive messages from Faina European Day Spa again, just sign up as you did the first time and Faina European Day Spa will start sending messages to you again.

Transfer of Number
You agree that before changing your mobile number or transferring your mobile number to another individual, you will either reply “STOP” from the original number or notify us of your old number at customer.service@fainaeuropeanspa.com.
